1. Pickup Process

Once you schedule a pickup through our application, our delivery partner will be assigned to your location. Please ensure all items are placed in a disposable bag for the initial handover.

2. Delivery Timelines

• Standard Delivery: 48 to 72 hours from the time of pickup.
• Express Delivery: Guaranteed within 24 hours (Additional Charges Apply).

3. Service Areas

Currently operating in major metropolitan areas. Free delivery is applicable on all orders above ₹500.
